Between design deadlines and intense construction schedules, its easy to get bogged down with immediate milestones just so that you can move forward onto a solution for the next issue. However, its just as important to disseminate lessons learned from the job site so that the design team on the next project can avoid similar complications and incorporate that into our documents.
