Designing a V over I
120 Braintree Street is a multifamily housing project in the City of Boston addresses the growing housing shortage by providing much-needed units in an environment that faces increasing demand for housing. The project introduced me to the intricate processes of Boston Planning Department Small Project Review, Inspectional Services Department, Boston Water and Sewar and how the built environment aligns with the city’s goals for urban development, sustainable growth and zoning regulations. The project demonstrates a collaborative effort to meet the city's housing challenges while respecting its unique urban landscape.
